빛과 구조미가 조화된 모던 오리엔탈 스테이.

'담빛채'는 목포 해안의 정취를 배경으로, 주거 공간의 아늑함과 상업 공간의 심미성을 결합한 스테이 프로젝트입니다. 박공지붕의 건축적 형태를 실내 천장 디자인으로 적극 유입하여 웅장한 공간감을 확보하고, 화이트 베이스에 다크 월넛을 포인트로 적용하여 모던하면서도 무게감 있는 톤 앤 매너를 구축했습니다.

여기에 직선의 미학이 돋보이는 간살 도어와 격자무늬 매립 선반, 그리고 구 형태의 펜던트 조명을 더해 현대적으로 재해석된 동양적 안온함을 연출했습니다.

텍스쳐의 대비가 특징인 실내 자쿠지는 외부의 자연 풍경을 내부로 끌어들이는 '차경(借景)'기법을 활용하여 이색적인 휴식 경험을 제공합니다. 벚꽃이 흩날리는 풍경을 바라보며 즐기는 그 순간은 담빛채가 선사하는 휴식의 정점으로, 소중한 이들과의 따스한 추억을 완성하는 공간이 될 것입니다.

직접등을 최소화하고 라인 조명과 간접 조명을 적재적소에 배치하여, 마감재의 텍스처를 강조하고 은은하고 세련된 조도를 계획했습니다. 이로써 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 공간의 표정을 담아냈으며, 거실과 주방을 잇는 광활한 LDK 구조는 다인원에게도 쾌적한 개방감을 제공합니다.

A Modern Oriental Stay: Harmonizing Light and Structural Beauty.

Set against the scenic backdrop of the Mokpo coast, 'Dambitchae' is a hospitality project that seamlessly blends the coziness of a residence with the aesthetic refinement of a commercial space. We actively incorporated the architectural form of the gable roof into the interior ceiling design to secure a sense of grandeur and spatial volume. By applying dark walnut accents to a white base, we established a tone and manner that is both modern and grounded.

Furthermore, we curated a modern reinterpretation of Oriental tranquility by introducing louvered doors that highlight linear aesthetics, grid-patterned recessed shelves, and spherical pendant lighting.

The indoor jacuzzi, characterized by its textural contrasts, utilizes the traditional concept of 'Chakyeong (Borrowed Scenery)' to draw the outdoor landscape inside, offering a unique relaxation experience. The moment spent watching cherry blossoms flutter in the wind represents the pinnacle of rest at Dambitchae—a space designed to create warm, lasting memories with loved ones.

We minimized direct lighting and strategically placed linear and indirect lighting to accentuate material textures and ensure sophisticated illumination. This lighting design captures the changing expressions of the space over time, while the expansive LDK layout connecting the living area and kitchen provides a refreshing sense of openness, accommodating multiple guests with comfort.
