본 프로젝트는 무채색의 빌딩 숲, '회색 도시'의 한복판에서 시작됩니다. 엘리베이터가 열리는 순간 마주하는 이 공간은 외부의 소란스러운 현실과 철저히 단절된, 마치 다른 차원으로 진입하는 듯한 드라마틱한 전이(Transition)를 의도했습니다. 이는 단순한 상업 공간을 넘어, 현실의 시간을 잊고 온전한 휴식에 몰입할 수 있는 '완전한 쉘터(Shelter)'를 구현하기 위함입니다.

테르미(TERMI)가 추구하는 '영원한 젊음'이라는 추상적인 아이덴티티는 공간 전체를 감싸는 깊은 '딥 그린(Deep Green)' 컬러와 묵직한 마감재를 통해 구체화됩니다. 이는 외부 세계와 단절된 고요한 숲을 연상시키며, 형체보다는 빛 그 자체로 머무는 조명 설계를 통해 오직 현재의 감각에만 집중하게 합니다. 태초의 생명력을 머금은 듯한 스타코 벽면의 질감은 자연의 원초적인 힘을 표현, 이와 대비되는 금속과 유리의 차가운 물성은 현대적인 세련미를 더해줍니다.

공간 내부에는 외부의 빛을 차단하고, 오직 철저하게 계산된 조명만이 존재합니다. 어둠 속에서 은은하게 퍼지는 빛은 방문객의 동선을 유도하는 동시에, 시각적 자극을 최소화하여 심리적인 안정을 줍니다. 이는 고객이 자신에게 오롯이 집중하며 '대접받는 시간'을 경험하게 하는 핵심 장치입니다.

특히 잠실점은 테르미의 브랜드 에센스를 집약한 최초의 플래그쉽 스토어로서 상징성을 갖습니다. 외부의 시선과 시간의 흐름조차 멈춘 듯한 이 풍경 안에서 비로소 일상을 벗어나 젊음과 치유라는 브랜드의 가치를 감각적으로 체험하게 됩니다.

A Sanctuary for Eternal Youth within the Gray City

This project begins in the heart of the "Gray City," a forest of achromatic buildings. Upon the opening of the elevator doors, the space reveals a dramatic transition—a complete disconnection from the chaotic reality outside, akin to entering a different dimension. The design aims to transcend a mere commercial space, realizing a "Complete Shelter" where visitors can forget the passage of time and immerse themselves in profound rest.

The abstract identity of "Eternal Youth" pursued by TERMI is materialized through the "Deep Green" hues that envelop the entire space and the use of substantial, weighty materials. Evoking a tranquil forest secluded from the outside world, the lighting design focuses on the essence of light rather than physical forms, allowing visitors to focus solely on their immediate sensory experience. The texture of the stucco walls, appearing to hold primordial vitality, expresses the raw power of nature, while the contrasting cold materiality of metal and glass adds a touch of modern sophistication.

Inside, external light is completely excluded, leaving only meticulously calculated artificial lighting. The soft light diffusing through the darkness guides the visitor's circulation while minimizing visual stimuli to induce psychological stability. This serves as a key element enabling clients to focus entirely on themselves and experience a time of true privilege and care.

The Jamsil branch holds particular significance as the first flagship store to encapsulate the very essence of the TERMI brand. Within this landscape, where even the external gaze and the flow of time seem to stand still, visitors can finally escape their daily routines and sensorially experience the brand's core values of youth and healing.
